Full Description

Vertical Datum: LAT Quality of Depth: VS 23-JUN-1959 Dispersed to within 2ft of seabed. Surrounding bank 20 yards from wreck is 4-6ft higher. Drift sweep 25 and 26-AUG-1949 clear at 23ft, foul at 27ft. Surrounding seabed varies considerably but a depth of 25ft was found close to the wreck. 15-FEB-1961 Wire sweep clear 24ft, foul 25ft. Least echosounder depth 30ft in 33ft. 05-APR-1979 Sonar contact obtained in vicinity. Investigation by side scan sonar showed wreck has broken up into numerous small pieces, some proud of seabed. Nothing found by echosounder. 03-MAY-1979 Examined in 51 22 07.2N, 001 30 58.8E. Least echosounder depth 9.8 in general depth 9-10.5m. No scour. Side scan sonar height 1.7m. Wreck dispersed and barely proud of seabed. 19-JAN-1987 Located by side scan sonar and magnetometer.
