Vertical Datum: LAT Quality of Depth: ES The SELAM was mined in 1915. She carried 1500 tons of coal and sank in approximate position 51 24 00.0N, 001 30 00.0E. 20-JAN-1987 Very broken up wreck located 24-AUG-1986 and examined. 07-SEP-1986 in 51 23 02.0N, 001 34 25.0E, using trisponder. Least echosounder depth 17 in general depth 17 to 17.5m. Scour depth 19m. Lying in scour and difficult to orientate. About 75m long from side scan sonar trace.
