2. Late Mediaeval hall-house of 4 bays. Exposed curved braces and plaster infilling on first floor, ground floor under-built in brick now painted. Steeply pitched hipped tiled roof with gablets, originally probably smoke louvres, 3 casement windows. External brick chimneystack to south end. Simple doorcase.

Dendrochronology dating gave a date range of 1506-1541. (2)
End jetty house with a formerly open 2-bay hall. Upper end formerly jettied. Later alterations in the second quarter of the 16th century. (3)
