Full Description
In the Admiralty Court of the Cinque Ports on 17 December 1639 (1639 new calendar) it was reported that John Wallop had money in October last from ropes taken out of a ship of James Barret of Dover. The ship had been castaway in Dover Harbour nine months before that. Date of loss given according to the Julien calendar. (1)
