Full Description
In the Admiralty Court of the Cinque Ports on 03 January 1700 (1701 New Calendar) the case was heard concerning the Katherine of Hamburg which 'came on ground' the Goodwin Sands. A claim was made for her tackle, apparel and furniture and for goods including barley and iron. Date of case report (according to the New Calendar) given as date of loss.
