Full Description
In the Admiralty Court of the Cinque Ports on 01 July 1702 (1702 new calendar) the case was heard concerning a claim for goods saved from the Norse Lyon, Hans Jacobsen the master. London merchants were claiming bale boards,timber baulks,spars and other goods. The Norse Lyon was described as of Schen_nere (uncertain transcription) in Long Sound, Norway. Date of case report given as date of loss.
