Full Description

In the Admiralty Court of the Cinque Ports on 18 October 1705 the case was heard of the Jufrao Katherine of Amsterdam, Hans Peter the master. Merchants of Amsterdam claimed both the anchors, cables, tackle, apparel and furniture and the goods saved from her. Her cargo included oils, turpentine and soap. She is described as being lost near Dungeness and later as near Lydd. Date of case report given as date of loss. (1)
