Full Description
Admiralty Case Papers for 1694 record the loss of the Crowned Prince of Denmark. By stress of weather the ship ran on ground on the Goodwin Sands near Deal and broke to pieces with the loss of her cargo. Merchants from Copenhagen claimed the cargo and the sails, anchors, cables, tackle, apparel and furniture.
