Full Description
The Harbour Master reported the loss of three vessels in a gale on 28th October 1915.  The barge Kate Powel broke from her moorings in Bridge Reach and sank just outside the low water line about 150ft below Frindsbury Ballast Jetty.  It was reported that Phillips was raising her but her lifting is not reported.
