Full Description
The Harbour Master reported on 12th January 1915 that the barge, Annie, had collided with another barge and sunk. The collision occured 500 yds north west of Queenborough Pile and she sank near No.50 buoy in 40ft of water. When the wreck was swept for, it could not be found. Mine sweepers had been training over the ground and their instruments detected no obstruction. Date of report taken as date of loss. (1)
