Former warehouse of the Sheerness Economical and Industrial Society Ltd situated at the corner of Railway Rd and Broad St in Sheerness. A three storey brick building with pedimented dutch gables above the centre bay on Railway Rd (over two loading doors and the main entrance) and the corner angle bay, both with blocked bullseyes in the pediment. Yellow brick with red arches and cornice plus a parapet with company name incised in architectural ceramic. A single storey range abutts the warehouse on the Broad St side with large vehicle doors inserted. Probably of late C19 date and substantially intact (1), site photographs (2-6).
