Summary
Site of Shepherd's Hut and sheepfold nr Shingle Hall Farm, to east of St Mary's Lane of 19th century date, demolished in 1980's, site now ploughed. Single cell brick structure of yellow stocks with door set off centre below timber lintel in one gable end and chimney built into wall of other. Pitched roof, prob orig tiled, later clad in corrugated iron. Single window in long south side. Brick chimney top 5 courses high with single expressed decorative course.
