Monument record TR 04 NE 72 - Lynchets at Pickersdane Scrubs, Wye
Summary
A number of associated lynchets (banks formed at the edge of fields by erosion and slipping of plough soil) are located on the hillside at Pickersdane Scrubs. These features are seen as evidence of fields that appear on the tithe map of 1840, although it is probable that many are far older.
