Monument record TR 04 SE 25 - Brook mill
Summary
A water powered corn mill of early nineteenth century date is located at Brook Mill. The mill was built between 1800-40 and is still denoted on the Ordnance Survey 2nd edition map of c.1891. The buildings are still present on the 3rd and 4th edition Ordnance Survey maps although the site is no longer named as a mill. There is a mill pond immediately to south west of Court Lodge moat, 50m in length 7m wide, with a weir.
