Monument record TR 04 NE 75 - Lynchet/boundary bank earthwork, south east of Wye
Summary
A low bank in fields to the south east of Wye near Sankey Farm are thought to be the remains of a lynchet or boundary bank. A hedge to the south west that runs parallel to this is on a bank, and it has been suggested that the combination of these two features may be evidence of a field system of unknown date. No finds have been recorded give further weight to this suggestion.
