Monument record TR 05 SE 128 - Banks and lynchets (probable field system), Godmersham
Summary
Two low banks and two lynchets are located in fields to the north of Godmersham. These features are most probably the remains of an old field system although no clear date for these features has been attained. A shallow lynchet that runs parallel to the egde of a river terrace has been identified as possibly denoting the edge of this field system.
