Summary
A cottage and associated dovecote were built at Godmersham in the 18th century. Temple cottage is a two storey red brick building with a tiled roof - it is grade II listed. The Dovecote is octagonal in shape, timber framed and clad in red brick and tile hanging with a plain tile roof: It is also a Grade II listed building.

Temple cottage C18, red brick and plain tiled roof. 2 storeys on plinth, hipped roof with large central stack. Listed grade 2. Dovecot, C18. Timber framed and clad in red brick and tile hanging with plain tile roof. Octagonal with birds' entrance in octagonal lantern. Listed grade 2. (1)
