Full Description

Three fragments of waterlogged wood showed evidence of human woodworking: a section of plank with hand-cut hole, a possible fragment of split log, roughly shaped by axe or adze and a section of split log with a section removed by a right-angle cut. The fragments may represent activity in the inter-tidal zone, perhaps predating the 8th-10th century. (1-2)
