Findspot record TR 36 SW 100 - Neolithic flints, potin coins, prehsitoric pottery and Romano-British tiles, Abbey farm, Minster

Summary

Three bronze potin coins were found by a metal detectorist in 1990. A scatter of flint and Romano-British tiles were also found at the site and their poor condition indicated they had been disturbed by ploughing. Earlier pottery sherds from the late Bronze Age to the late Iron Age were seen as evidence of ploughing work beginning to reach earlier levels.
