Summary
The cropmark of a single ring ditch, probably the remains a Bronze Age round barrow. The ring ditch is complete and has a diameter of 16.8m. It lies on the southern edge of a large multi-period complex of later prehistoric and Roman features visible as cropmarks indicating a long period of settlement and agricultural activitiy in the area. These features were mapped from aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: Hoo Peninsula Landscape Project.
