Group of C19 factory buildings set around yard off Croydon Rd, Westerham. Presently occupied by 'Fenella Lampshades', original function unknown but poss a similar light ind workshop use. Yard entred from NE (Croydon Rd) corner with second entrance from SE corner. Two buildings against N side of yard: that to E side 2 storey with brick base and timber upper floor jettied to yard and E gable sides; less interesting 2 storey brick building abuts W gable end. S side of yard bounded by pair of brick sheds with steel roofs, double doors in W range. W and E sides of yard bounded by single storey sheds: that at E side C19 brick building lowered to 1 storey and angled at corner by gate. (1)
