Full Description
Site of Lower Tovil Mill, paper mill est late C17 Peter Musgrave, later operated by William Gill, then owner of Turkey Mill, Maidstone. The works was steadily enlarged and devloped, especially by Albert Reed and his sucessors from c1900. The mill was closedin the 1980s and subsequently cleared for housing development (1)
