Printing Works at no.s 37-8 Church St Tovil. Site occupied by unidentified buildings on OS 1st ed (1868) but present buildings in use as print works by 1909 ed. No.s 37-8 are pair of 1x7 bay 2 storey brick ranges with pitched gable end to road that, though somewhat altered, have the look of conver ted residences. Since they could only have been built for a short time before becomingprint works this may not be the case. Both have been extended at least once to the rear. The S long side shows a ragstone base. On N side a adjoiing shed at lower level prob of post war date replacing an exisitng structure. Still in use as print works by Modern Press Ltd. (1)
