Full Description
Footbridge over River Medway, constructed in late C19 and noted on OS 3rd ed map of 1909. Bridge replaced by welded steel bowstring structure (c1960s) but brick aboutments remain: a pedestrian ramp to abutment and towing path arch on N bank and ramped abutment with original cast iron railings on South.
