Full Description

Single-ditched, ring ditch, possibly pennanular, with internal pit features. Visible on RCHME AP. (1)
Cropmark of a large penannular oval ditch-defined later prehistoric enclosure was seen at TR 3617 6532 on aerial photographs. The enclosure appears open on its eastern side and measures 51m x 39m. The location of the northern ditch terminal to the gap is obscured by a large amorphous cropmark, possibly a pit. Now beneath Nethercourt estate. The site was mapped as part of the Historic England: Ramsgate HAZ project. (1)
