A type 24 concrete Pillbox with machine gun positions. Identified from aerial photographs taken after World War II. Access during a survey of defence sites in 1994 was not possible. Present condition, level of survival uncertain.

Type 24. (Machine gun). Known to have existed until recently. Unable to gain entry to check, May 1994. In Thamesport area (1), site photographs (2-6).
