Full Description
Built of brick between 1780 and 1790 and disused for the past 100 years, with flint facing, standing 250 yards NW of the main building. NE facing entrance opens into a tunnel. Sited in chalk, and no sign of drainage is apparent. The building was once used to store rainwater and to provide water for cattle in the park, as a pipe leading from the main house is visible. (1)
