Full Description

No longer identified on OS maps, but remembered by a local man who sites its existence as of 1948. The structure was to the E of the stables in a small wood. (1)

Reported as being still in exsistance and in a good state of repair, having been used in the past as a dump. This has resulted in the well itself being almost completely filled in but it is believed that the internal brick lining is in good repair.(2)
