Full Description

A denehole was found in March 1936 in King Edward's Road, off Singlewell Road, Gravesend. It had four chambers and a probable fifth. Following examination by the Gravesend Arch. Soc. it was filled in. (1) The site of this denehole, at TQ 64897166, is occupied by "Rosemonde", King Edward Road, Kings Farm Estate, Gravesend. (2) Checked and correct. (Road re-named Windsor Road.) (3)
