A triangular pond was located to the east of Park Barn Farm and this is the site of a former watercress bed. The feature appears on the Ordnance Survey 3rd edition map of c.1908 but was not marked before this. It is unclear from this source as to how the pond is fed or drains, though a drain from a spring passes by the south side.
