Full Description
Pewter object discovered 'some years ago' by metal detectorist near caravan park between Stud Hill and Swalecliffe, Whitstable. The object was discovered near the beach on a playing field on the path from what was once the Blue Water Caravan Park. No Park of this name currently exists, and the NGR is for the caravan park located closest to the beach, near Morris Avenue. The object is of uncertain date and type, and is possibly hollow, and has a yellowish surface (1).
