Full Description
Type 24 Second World War pillbox at Poison Cross near Eastry. Additonal embrasures in some walls, of brick shuttered construction and in good condition. Situated on bank on west side of main road. (1)
Type 24 pillbox, brick shuttered. Additional low embrasures 18ins from the ground in some walls. Type 24 pillbox, with additional embrasures in some walls - of brick shuttered construction and in good condition. Pillbox [Sector 3]. Cassini ref 752734Pillbox described in letter from Mrs. S.J. Smith [see also UORN 1013]. At Poison Cross, on bank on W side of main road close to junction. (2)
