Summary
This was the location of the British Fruit Canning Factory, which shut down in 1977. It has since been used as a furniture store. Some of the original buildings survive although now clad in sheet steel.

Full Description
The 'Lady Dane' works, the former Canning factory of British Fruit Ltd. Now used as a furniture factory several of the original buildings are still used, though re-clad in Steel Sheet. At the junction of Graveny Rd and Love Lane an office building with false timber framing and a date 1932 Stands. The factory closed in c1977.(1)
