Summary
Site of post-medieval limekiln in the Navy Row Brickfield. Marked on the 1st edition Ordnance Survey map (1858-1873). On the later edition maps the name of the brickfield changes to the White House and Hilly Field Brickworks; the limekiln is also no longer visible.

Full Description
Single lime kiln situated in working brick pit (the Navy Brickfields pit) marked on OS 1st ed map (1868). Removed by time of 2nd ed (1897) though brickfield expanded and called the White House amd Hilly Fields Brickworks. Site just north of what is now Parr Avenue. NGR approximate. (1)
