Summary
Quarry on side of Wingate Hill nr Folkestone excavated before 1872 with a house built on the road side. Two kilns added by 1899 and site extended later in the early and mid 20th century. Information from OS ed 6" maps 1st to 4th. Site is now nolonger in use.
