Summary

A Maltings was formerly located on Minnis Road in Birchington. It was in use by the 1860's and by 1899 it was run by Burchell & Son. It is marked on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd edition Ordnance Survey maps (c.1858-1922) and the boundary is still visible on the 4th edition of c.1931-1940. The building has since been demolished.
