Full Description
The Medway Brewery was built by William Baldwin before 1806 and from 1840 to the 1850's it traded as Baldwin & Godden. In the 1860's Style joined as a partner and by 1899 he acquired the site and amalgamated with Winch & Sons to form Style & Winch. In 1929 the brewery was cquired by Barclay, Perkins & CO. Ltd. The brewery ceased operating in 1871 and was demolished in 1976. It is now the site of a car park.(1)
