Full Description
A single kiln was operating in farm land south of Broad lane, west of Wilmington in the 1860's. (1) The area has been returned to farmland and it is unclear of any buried remains of the kiln might survive.
A chalk pit is associated with the kiln on maps from the late post-medieval period.
