Full Description
TQ 616741. An Early Bronze Age Arrowhead was discovered by the Thameside Archeological Group at a depth of 2.48 metres on a Romano-British site at Northfleet (See illustration card). The arrowhead was dated to the period c.2000-1600 BC. The material from which it was made comes from the ancient gravels of the Thames Valley at Swanscombe known as the `Bull-head` beds. There is no mention of its present location. (1)
