Full Description
Auxiliary Unit Special Duties Hide (WW2 signals) in Hamstreet Woods. An outstation hides (controlled from 'zero' station) accessed from concrete shaft. On surface remains of wooden stable building and bench. No details (1)
Concrete structure - 8ft deep; 5ft diameter hole lined with concrete, entrance disguised with an old coppice stump. Ventilation, electrical communication were via clay pipes. Wooden table for radio and disguised trap door [latter was taken from site on 4/5/97].

The structure was emptied of water in December 1996.Outstation. Simple concrete shaft. Remains of wooden bench and table.Auxiliary unit special duties outstation. A concrete pipe shaft sunk vertically. A concrete roof with hatch and tree stump attached. Wooden table and chairs inside.
