Full Description

Three of the original 18th and 19thC farm buildings remain. The cart house or barn at the north west corner of the yard has a dresed stone elevation with stone filled arches on the outside of the yard. The remaining elevations are of a brick and timber frame. It has slate roof with gable ends. The original winodws are wood slatted louvres with a glass top. A number have been altered or added to in more modern styles. This was probably an implement storage building of good quality.

A small timber barn lies to the south east of the previous building and is used as a garage. It has a timber frame built on a brick foundation with a tiled and hipped roof.

Opposite the cottage is a barn with a 19C oast kiln at the northern end. The corresponding kiln at the south end has been removed. The main structure is built of brick with a plain tile roof. The windows are of varying styles of wood frames. (1)
