Summary
Post medieval building remains dating to the 17th, 18th and 19th century were uncovered during a watching brief undertaken by Wessex Archaeology at Dover's Western Docks. The remains would have belonged to the dwellings of Dover's historic pier district which was largely demolished in the first half of the 20th century. (location accurate to the nearest 20m based on available information)
