Full Description
[TQ 79493750] Trinity Chapel [NR] (Site of) [NAT] (1) The chapel of Holy Trinity, Milkhouse, built c.1400 and suppressed in 1548, was on the opposite side of the road to Sissinghurst Church on the corner of the road (Chapel Lane) leading to Golford. Pile states the remains were demolished in 1840 but Hussey (in 1911) mentions "remains". (2-4) No trace of this chapel is to be seen. The site is occupied by a private garage and drive. (5)
