Findspot record TR 04 SW 119 - Early/mid Iron Age pottery near Westhawk Farm, Kingsnorth

Summary

Early - mid Iron Age (c.400 - 200BC) flint-tempered pottery was found in an area to the north east of Westhawk Farm during a visit in advance of construction works for a proposed housing development. Subsequent work at the site found evidence of a Romano-British road side settlement (TR 04 SW 117) and possible prehistoric features.
