Full Description
Small barrack block built in late 1930s. This was in outline virtually identical to the accommodation building that was later converted into a medical and dental centre (TR 34 SW 628). Internally there were considerable differences however. In the 1960s building was converted into a Sergeants Mess. The ground floor rooms were removed to provide an open space for entertainment and a bar and improved kitchen facilities were added. The barracks were decomissioned in 1992 and the building was demolished in 1999 (1)
