Full Description
An elaborate geometric copper alloy strap fitting (C17th) found during a controlled metal detector survey at Wrotham Water Farm, Wrotham Water Lane, Wrotham, Kent ( 13th & 14th September 2000). The state of preservation is good although the artefact is slightly misshapen with rusted rivets. Length: 45mm. Thickness: 5mm. Width 18mm. Weight: 6.5g. (1)
