Monument record TR 15 NW 638 - Industrial Area (Clay Pipe), (Site of) 69a Stour Street

Summary

On the CB/R4 site, fragments of earlier medieval buildings (TR 15 NW 637) were used in a complex of industrial buildings. A circular donkey mill was established in the remains of the southern medieval building and a number of other small buildings, including a clay pipe kiln, were built east of it. These buildings were eventually demolished in the 18th century
