Summary
Model stable block originally built between 1635-38 for Broome Park (TR 24 NW 7) . Of two storeys in red brick, tending towards English Bond, with tiled roof and modillion eaves cornice. Six windows, casements with small leaded panes, those on the ground floor having 3 lights with stone mullions and cambered head linings. Shaped Dutch gable ends. The east range, of one storey, formerly the coach house,was probably added in the 18th century.
