Full Description

Master Ronald Wilkins, 2 Boxley Close, Penenden Heath, has in his possession a RB 2nd c. circular enamelled brooch (a) which he found in 1959 in undisturbed ground, alongside the Maidstone - Sittingbourne Road (b). He indicated the approximate findspot on the O.S.6" at TQ 7813 5755. (1) A Roman stud found by G. Church during the construction of the Detling by-pass Road. (2)
