In store in Maidstone Museum is a large fragment of amphora handle of coarse buff pottery, found in March 1917 during excavations for the ornamental pond in Brenchley Gardens (a), Maidstone. No accession number and no further information is recorded. The ornamental pond in Brenchley Gardens is at TQ 7590 5607. (1)
